Telford Sunday Night Netball - Week 4

In a thrilling night of netball, Telford Sunday league witnessed a display of true athletic excellence on the court. Week four of the season saw great competition in the Premier League as well as Division 1, showcasing the depth of talent in the local netball scene.

Taking the spotlight in the Premier League, Pitch Perfect managed to take the win over Shropshire Saints despite some great plays, with an 9-3 victory. Hot Shots demonstrated their skill with a 20-2 victory over the strong side of Soul Sisters. The night also some some high scoring affairs with wins for Netball Numpties and Glitterballs.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the matches were equally great. Hoops I Did It Again managed to edge past All About That Pass with a 11-5 score line. Butter Fingers and Here We Go Again battled it out in a neck-and-neck duel that ended in a thrilling 7-6 victory to Here We Go Again. The netball match between Wrecking Ballers and One Hit Wonders ended 11-8 in favor of One Hit Wonders, while Spice Goals achieved an 8-1 victory over Telford Titans.

The week's standout player was Sarah-Jane Lindsay from Here We Go Again. Sarah-Jane's exceptional performance on court played a significant role in her team's victory, earning her the coveted title of the Most Valued Player for the week. 

While the scores may have been varied, one thing that remained consistent was the sheer determination and outstanding skill on display. As the Telford Sunday League continues, we can undoubtedly expect more exhilarating fixtures in the coming weeks.
