In the heart of Telford, the Sunday night Netball league action continued to unfold, providing a mesmerising display of team spirit, sportsmanship and athleticism. We are now well into week 9 of the season, and the competition is heating up in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, a pulsating encounter between Glitterballs and Netball Numpties ended in a nail-biting 8-8 draw. Both teams showcased their determination and skills, providing a spectacle for everyone watching. However, it was Pitch Perfect who took the spotlight, claiming a 12-7 victory over Hot Shots, thereby gaining an upper hand in the league standings.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the action was equally intense. Hoopdoggz fought bravely but couldn't stand against the might of Spice Goals, who triumphed 19-10. Telford Titans demonstrated their dominance by defeating Chaos Crew 10-4. However, the highlight of the evening was the clash between Wrecking Ballers and Hoops I Did It Again, which ended in an 8-4 victory for the latter.

A special mention is due to Sian Burley of Hoops I Did It Again who was named the most valued player of the week. Her exceptional skill, agility and teamwork were key to her team's victory and her personal accolade.
